Doubles
[QF] (WC) Rohan Bopanna (IND)/ Donald Young (USA) l (4) Bob Bryan (USA)/ Mike Bryan (USA) 57 46

Yuki's impressive journey ended in Citi Open ... Very proud of with his performance in this match also ... His serve is a weak link but his return is extremely good ... We can say, maybe need to work on the serve but that is easier to say than done.

In the first set, Yuki had 2 break points on Anderson's serve but Anderson saved those with big serves ... After that, both players were holding their respective service games till the 9th game ... While serving for staying in the set, Yuki played one loose game from 30-0 and Anderson took advantage after breaking Yuki for winning the set ... In the second set, Yuki broke Anderson in the 1st game, 2-0, and then kept that advantage for winning this set ... In the third set, in the 2nd game Yuki played one bad service game of the match to lose it and suddenly he was 0-3 down ... After that, it was difficult to break big serve machine and that one break advantage was enough for Anderson to win this set and match.

Rohan-Donald lost in the straight sets against Bryans.
