Sathish Kumar defended his Glasgow Gold in Men's Weightlifting 77 kg for India's 3rd Gold medal ... After the Snatch he was in the second position behind British lifter Jack Oliver, but in the Clean and Jerk he lifted 6 kg more than Jack to keep Commonwealth title with him.
R.V. Rahul won the fourth Gold medal for India in Men's Weightlifting 85 kg ... Rahul and Don Opeloge were tied for top position after the Snatch with 151 kg lift ... In the Clean and Jerk, Rahul lifted 187 kg which was a far better than Don for a win.
After end of the third day, India is on the 4th position with 4 golds, a silver and a bronze.
